New England Horse Company is proudly owned and operated by Chris Zanardi, whose passion for horses began in childhood. Starting with English riding, Chris acquired his first horse, Sonny’s Lucky Tom, at just 12 years old. Thus igniting a lifelong love for riding, training, and the buying and selling of horses. After successfully running a small sales stable and horse auction from his farm on Goshen Road in Winterport, Chris spent 12 years as a partner at JCB Horse Sales. Now, he is excited continue the tradition of bringing fine horses and livestock to the northeast as the sole owner of New England Horse Company.
